I operate in the space between platforms, people and processes. Platforms here are a proxy for technology. It changes constantly, requiring a change in processes and ultimately the people. And with each iteration, the technology needs to change again.
I make sense of the world through the historical lens. In other words, how did we get here. History may not always repeat itself but it invariably rhymes. Understanding the previous time that rhymed with the current is how I make sense of what the future will look like.
